solved microsoft office excel shows 'your file does not saving due sharing violation

Sometime ms office excel shows ' your file doesn't saved because sharing violation. This problem mostly happened in ms office 10.
This problem happened due to virus.
Solutions:
     1.  Update anti virus or buy new is a permanent solution.
     2.  Type CMD then type -> attrib - r - a - s - h *. *  this is temporary solution.
